Healthy spine

Special exercises focused on spinal ache prevention, shaping correct body posture, and strengthening weak postural muscles. It promotes improved efficiency of abdominal, spinal, and buttock muscles, and engages deep muscles responsible for stabilization of the spine, which prevents the development or reoccurrence of the aches. These exercises are addressed to a broad target group, those who lead sedentary lifestyles in particular.
