A modern rowing zone
Six Concept 2 rowing machines with an option of following your results on a monitor. Our clients will be able to compete against each other, and their results, as well as the course of their race, will be displayed on large screens. The rowing machine, known as the rower, may be used both by advanced trainees (e.g. CrossFit trainees), and beginners, who are just starting their adventure with physical activity, or return to their training after a longer break. Workout on the rowing machine is an endurance and strength training. Training with the rower engages approx. 95% muscles to work.
