a) Wrocławski Park Wodny S.A. with the registered office in Wrocław (50-558), Borowska 99 shall be the Administrator of the personal data.
b) The personal data shall be processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data, i.e. the legal obligation for the Administrator, in order to issue an invoice.
c) The personal data shall be transmitted to entities that process them solely upon our request, i.e. they manage our system of sales.
d) The personal data can be transmitted to authorised national authorities pursuant to the binding regulations.
e) The personal data shall be stored for the period of 5 years, in accordance with tax regulations.
f) Client shall have the right to request access to the data, rectify and erase them or restict their processing, and object to their processing, and the right to transfer the personal data.
g) Client has the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority, where he or she decides that processing of his or her personal data infringes provisions of the regulation.
h) Client shall provide the personal data on voluntary basis, however they are necessary to issue invoices.

b) The personal data are gathered pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data, in order to perform a contract endorsed with the person to whom these data relate.
c) The personal data of a Candidate may be provided to authorised employees of the Administrator and entities authorised to receive information on the personal data pursuant to the binding rules of law. The personal data shall not be transferred to Third Countries.
d) The personal data shall be stored for the period of 5 years, in accordance with tax regulations.
e) The person to whom the data relate has the right to request access to the content of his or her data and the right to rectify and erase them or restict their processing, and to transfer them.
f) The person to whom the data relate has the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority, where he or she decides that processing of his or her personal data infringes provisions of the regulation.
g) The personal data shall be provided on voluntary basis, however they are necessary to reimburse the cost. Where the data are not provided, the contract shall not be concluded.
