Biosauna Setri

Setri Bio-Sauna located inside the Saunarium complex. The advantage of this sauna is the ability to adjust the temperature from 40°C to 95°C and humidity from 3% to 55%. Additionally, it features a dual fragrance dispensing system and two bowls where we can also add aroma with water. The Setri Bio-Sauna is made from Canadian Red Cedar wood.

Make sure to bring two towels to place under your body and feet. Don't forget your flip-flops, which will allow you to move freely around the garden.

BENEFITS:

The Bio-Sauna offers four different climate zones with varying levels of temperature, humidity, and fragrance dispensing:

• Sauna: 70-95°C, relative humidity 3%
• Warm air bath: 45-60°C, relative humidity 10-20%
• Aromatic bath: 40-45°C, relative humidity 40-55%
• Gentle steam bath: 46-60°C, relative humidity 40-55%

Additionally, there is one individual program where you can set the temperature in the range of 48-75°C and relative humidity from 20% to 50%.

Regular visits to the Setri Bio-Sauna have a beneficial effect on regulating blood pressure, improving well-being, and sleep quality due to the impact of the wood from which the sauna is made and the temperature inside.
