FAQ
My child would like to use the slides at the Aquapark. Are there any special requirements?
To use the Cactus, Watermelon, Blueberry, Lollipop, and Wroclove slides, a minimum height of 120 cm is required, while the Duo Racer slide requires a height of 150 cm.
Shorter children are welcome to use the Family Slide and the Children's Slide in the wading pool.
Can I enter the Aquapark in loose shorts?
Of course, as long as the shorts are made of special fabric intended for swimming, there are no restrictions.
Up to what age do children have free access to the Aquapark?
Children up to 3 years old have free access to the Aquapark.
I have a small child and will be coming with a stroller. Can I bring the stroller into the pool area?
It is forbidden to bring strollers into the pool hall; they must be left in the designated area in the main lobby. You can bring the stroller through the summer entrance (if it is open) and use it only in the outdoor areas. Strollers cannot be brought into the pool hall.
Do I need to bring flip-flops and a swim cap?
We do not require swim caps. Flip-flops are necessary for safety and hygiene reasons.
Can I rent a towel from you?
We do not have a towel rental service. However, you can purchase a towel in our AquaShop.
If I purchase a full-day ticket, can I leave during the day and return in the evening?
No, a full-day ticket only covers one entry for the entire day. Upon leaving the area, the customer is required to return the transponder, so re-entry with the same ticket is not possible.
Can I always use the Children's Cove?
Sometimes the Children's Cove is reserved, as swimming lessons are held there in accordance with its intended use.
Do I get any discounts with the Family Plus Card?
Yes. With the Family Plus Card, you won’t need to pay extra for additional children within the family ticket. Each family member just needs to present their card at the ticket counter.
